Month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

How much notice do I need to give to move out?

Moving out is easy and stress-free. Simply provide us a 10 day move-out notice via app or call.

Do you have a dump station?

We do NOT have a dump station because we just opened our doors and have to pay off our construction debts. We know demand is there for a dump station and plan to install one as soon as we can.

When can I access my boat or RV?

Our gate can be opened 24/7/365. Our facility is lighted if you need access to your vehicle in the evenings.

Will my boat or RV be safe?

Our facility is surrounded by a 7' barbed wire fence, pinpad gate entry, dusk till dawn security lights, and cloud-based, motion-detecting surveillance cameras throughtout the facility.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards. One-time payments can be completed through our phone app.

Where is my parking spot?

In our welcome letter will have your parking/unit number. Below is a map of our facility.
